- Drake Bell has signed with Universal Records (leaving Nine Yards Records) and just finished his sophomore release up last week. It is rumored to be out in early December. This week he shot a music video and had a photo shoot for the artwork for his album.


- Jonas Brother's new song "Poor Unfortunate Souls" featured on "The Little Mermaid" DVD has a new music video. It has started airing on Disney Channel. - iPod players have a brand new competitor. Microsoft is releasing its own Zune Player this November (November 14 to be exact). It will be a 30GB player with Wi- Fi wireless technology (where you can share songs with other Zune player users- each song could be shared for 3 days with a total of 3 airplays), a built-in FM tuner and a 3- inch screen. The Zune player will come in black, white and brown. The Zune music purchase store will also be available the day Zune is released. There are two ways to access the store. One is via subscription and the other is buy buying songs just like iTunes. Prices should be around $249.99.
